Sales Tax Settings
  • "Sales tax settings" needs to be completed if you are registered. It is used to calculate the total value of each invoice.  The G.S.T. number prints on the tax invoice so you need to enter it.  
  • If your company is registered for G.S.T. check the Registered box.
  • Select  the G.S.T. accounting basis you are using.  This switch only has practical effect if you are using Professionals Business Accounts.
  • The "G.S.T. Percent" field must be filled in.  This is necessary if you use Professionals Business Accounts to calculate your GST imputation and for calculating G.S.T. on invoices and payments.
  • If GST is inclusive on invoices uncheck the "Exclusive" box.
